1. Who we are

2. Scope

These terms govern every order placed on sporos.io. By placing an order you accept the version of these terms published at the time of your order.

3. Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. If an obvious pricing error occurs, or a product turns out to be out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Ordering

Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. We send an order confirmation to the email address you provide.

5. Payment

We accept bitcoin over the Lightning Network. The amount in bitcoin is calculated from the euro price when the invoice is created and is valid until the invoice expires. We never have access to your wallet or keys.

6. Shipping and delivery

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Because the device is a security product, the tamper-evident seal must be intact for a return to be accepted. [TODO: confirm this exception with counsel]

8. Warranty

9. Your responsibility for your keys

You alone are responsible for your seed phrase, backups, PINs and any funds they control. Sporos cannot recover a lost seed or reverse a Bitcoin transaction.
