Shipping

We prepare and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days within the EU, depending on the destination.

Every device ships in tamper-evident packaging. If the seal is broken or missing when your order arrives, do not use the device: contact us before setting it up.

Returns

You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. If you return the complete order within this period, we refund the full amount on your invoice, including shipping.

For your security and the next customer’s, returned devices must be unused, with the tamper-evident seal intact. We cannot resell a device that has been opened, so opened devices are only accepted under the warranty terms.

Refunds are paid in bitcoin, to a Lightning invoice or on-chain address you provide, for the euro amount of the order.
